Having been in the Fenelon Falls area for 25 plus years, and raising his family on the peaceful Burnt River, Dave can say he’s never looked back — and now wants to help others find the same.

After spending over 30 years owning his own custom kitchen company, Dave decided to add becoming a real estate agent to his portfolio. Having first-hand experience working within Kawartha Lake homes and their residences, Dave knows the ins-and-outs of the region and is excited to bring his attention-to-detail and workmanship to Ball Real Estate Inc Brokerage.

Finding his ‘forever’ home and settling in the beautiful cottage country of the Kawarthas, Dave knows how to use his enthusiasm for this region to help others find their oasis — whatever it may be. And with the real estate climate having changed drastically over the past few years, it’s important to find a realtor that not just understands the area but takes genuine pride in helping their clients find exactly what they want.

Besides being an avid outdoorsman, Dave loves his time on the water with his family and friends. He enjoys boating, wake boarding, surfing, and fishing, all with his faithful chocolate lab, Buck, by his side. He is also a proud father to a daughter – and soon-to-be teacher— and a husband of over twenty years to a successful wife in the legal field.
