About Eric

I’m very fortunate to have been born and raised in Peterborough Ontario, and to have the opportunity to build a strong connection to the area. I have lived here my whole life, aside from the 4 years I spent living in Ottawa, earning my Bachelor of Arts at the University of Ottawa. It was during this time that I started to develop an significant interest in real estate, and decided to get my licence at 23 years old. I have now been in the business for 14 years, and have helped my clients through a wide variety of property transactions. This experience has been very valuable, and allows me to draw from many situations that I can utilize to best help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with family, lots of physical activity, and traveling when I can. I love to be active and outside. My favourite thing to do is canoe-camping, and I’m very grateful to be located so close to the Kawartha Highlands, Algonquin, and other amazing parks to explore. I also love to play soccer, and played competitively for many years, for the City of Peterborough. 

During my 14 years in Real Estate, I have worked on a highly productive team (5 years), as well as independently (8 years), and feel I have found the best of both worlds at Ball Real Estate Brokerage, with the opportunity to work with my close friend of 30 years, Noah Beach. We both still work independently, however the supplemental support we are able to provide to our clients has been invaluable.

I have seen peaks and valleys, buyer’s markets and seller’s markets, as well as many years of the seasonal ebbs and flows in the Real Estate market. I feel my instincts and abilities are sharper than ever at this point in my career, and I know what works in this business.

My love of real estate, advising, evaluation, and problem solving in the business is stronger than it has ever been. I feel more confident, capable and motivated than ever to help my clients achieve their goals.
