About Gareth

Gareth is a Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. For 12 years, traded specifically in multi-occupant commercial properties including multi-res, office, retail and industrial.

IREM, NAR and REIC have trained Gareth as faculty to instruct the ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRES, C-RETS, FRI, PSA, RENE, SRES and SRS programs for Realtors. As part of his education facilitation, he also taught the Ethics in Business Practice plus the Legal Issues in Real Estate courses for eleven years. 

Gareth served as an elected Board Director and Chairman of the Commercial Committee at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Attending NAR, RECO, OREA and CREA AGM’s and Conferences keeps him current with real estate trends and in contact with the industry icons across Canada. Gareth was appointed as representative for the CREA Code of Ethics Committee. RECO also invited Gareth to participate in the writing of curriculum for the new licensing education program courses. 

Prior to joining BALL Real Estate Inc., Gareth was the Executive Vice-President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Gareth is extremely excited to be in a leadership role with BALL Real Estate Inc. and has great aspirations for the continued and future success of the Brokerage.
