"I was fortunate enough to grow up in the village of Lakefield, and I still live in the area with my wife and three daughters.


My entrepreneurial days began during my childhood where I delivered newspapers and started a lawn-care business for extra cash. I also loved many years of playing hockey. Prior to committing to a career in Real Estate I was employed by Kingdon Lumber, worked in construction and owned my own business. These experiences have taught me the skills I use daily in the real estate world.


I have been in the real estate business since 1996 and feel very fortunate to have a job where I still look forward to going to work every day. I spent the first 21 years of my Real Estate career with the same Broker where I hold many company sales records. After careful consideration, in the spring of 2017, I decided it was time to make it a full Family Business and opened BALL Real Estate Inc., Brokerage. I am very proud to say that it has grown quickly and we are now the number one selling brokerage in Peterborough County.


My life long residency in the Kawartha's and my knowledge of the area, allow me to broaden my sales territory, covering the majority of Peterborough, the Kawartha Lakes and the surrounding areas.
