About Josh

Josh was raised in Bancroft, and with his Father in Real Estate and his Mother running a local Cottage Rental business, he was educated in both fields at a very young age. He has his diploma in Police Foundations at Fanshawe College, and worked the security field for several years at the College. In 2012, he began his career in Real Estate, he has seen how the market has changed, and how quickly the profession has evolving. Having a trustworthy realtor is a must, when buying or selling one of the most valuable assets you’ll ever have.

Josh also brings to the table, extensive knowledge of renting out your waterfront cottage or income property, as he is now the Owner of the cottage rental company his Mother began; CottageRentals247.com Inc., which has been in business since 2002. It is essential in this business to work with other realtors and their clients, to advise them on how to have a property rental ready, and maximize their potential income.

Away from work Josh has a beautiful wife and a young son; he has also been a volunteer Fire Fighter with the Town of Bancroft since May 2014. Whether it be with activities, games or work, Josh is very competitive, strategic, and level-headed. When working for you and problem solving, or dealing with emergency situations, you’ll be in good hands with him!
