About Julia
Julia was born and raised in the Village of Lakefield and cottaged on beautiful Stoney Lake. During family boat rides Julia remembers being ‘quizzed’ on Stoney Lake landmarks by her father Greg, in hopes this knowledge could one day contribute to a successful career selling cottages. The day has come for her to join her father and grandmother on their Call A Ball team, for 3 generations of knowledge!
Julia attended Queen’s University and in the summers worked at BALL Real Estate as an office administrator and social media coordinator, which fostered direct work experience that has allowed her to understand the real estate transaction from the inside, out. Julia is grateful to learn the ethical, compassionate and loyal ways of BALL Real Estate, so she can best serve clients and our community.
In her free time, Julia loves being immersed in nature and exploring the beautiful Kawartha Lakes. Julia is passionate about environmental sustainability and protecting the land we are so lucky to inhabit. She is looking forward to sharing her love of Peterborough & the Kawarthas with her clients, so they can appreciate their home and surrounding land, as much as she does.
