Kathy is a life long resident of the Bancroft area and has been listing and selling real estate in the beautiful Bancroft area for 44 years. Kathy is proud to be a 2nd generation realtor. Growing up Kathy would often accompany her father, John Edwards on his real estate appointments and showings so needless to say real estate is in her blood! Owning and operating her own successful brokerage for many years Kathy developed invaluable experience and skills in communication, marketing, problem solving, negotiations, local knowledge and in-depth understanding of ethics and integrity.

Kathy loves the outdoors, gardening, bicycling, Tai Chi, music and of course enjoying quality time with her children and grand children, friends and her golden doodle! Kathy and her life partner, Brian Moring have worked together as a team for many years, providing professional real estate service you can trust.
