About Nicole

Nicole has been cottaging in the Kawarthas her whole life and has a strong affinity to this area. With such a connection here, the big move happened in 2011 … she’s never looked back. 

With a Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing from Sir Sanford Fleming, her career began as a young Marketing Executive before transitioning into Real Estate. 

Recognizing that real estate is a good investment, Nicole started with a small in-town house in Bobcaygeon at a very young age. Nicole & her partner then moved onto to building two Custom homes in Trent Lakes just outside of Bobcaygeon (before they were both 30 btw!). He is also an active member of our community, owning a Local Business. 

Her commitment to Bobcaygeon is evident in her many Volunteer activities with Bobcaygeon’s Impact 32 including ‘Mingle Jingle’, ‘Frost Fest’ & ‘HomeComing’ … just to name a few. She has headed many of the committees for over 8 year and is responsible for adding many new events that they do.

Nicole is a total homebody, she loves being there. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her two Newfoundland dogs, Merle and Nelson.
 
Nicole has an infectious positive personality and is fun to be around – she has endless energy. Her Joie de Vivre is palpable. She will work hard for you. She is a no nonsense, straight to the point Realtor with a ‘Get It Done’ attitude. Quickly you will find out that she is able to identify your specific & individual needs/ wants, ultimately leading you to a successful real estate transaction – whether you are a Buyer or Seller. 

You can thank Nicole for the BALL Real Estate office in Bobcaygeon. She was our first Agent here!!! She began her career in our Peterborough office and encouraged Judy & Greg Ball to open in Bobcaygeon. She identified a need here and the rest is history.
