About Shannon

Born in Toronto and raised in Leaside, Shannon has been cottaging in the Kawartha Lakes since 1977, spending every summer on Sturgeon Lake. Loving the area so much, in 2010 Shannon, her husband and 3 kids moved to a Hobby Farm in the Kawartha's and haven't looked back since! Prior to Real Estate, Shannon worked in radio doing on air traffic reports in Toronto, the GTA and Cottage Country for various radio stations. She lived in the town of Fonthill in the Niagara Region and Co-Hosted the Morning Show on 97.7 HTZ FM. One of her biggest accomplishments was when she competed with the Synchronized Skating Team black ice and won three Canadian Gold Medals, represented Canada at 3 World Challenge Cups and won 3 World Medals including Gold. Her education includes a bilingual Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Diploma in Journalism - Radio and Television from Humber College and the Real Estate Salesperson Program from Humber College. She is a great listener, is honest and has a strong work ethic. Shannon loves helping her clients, whether it's taking the stress off of selling your house and getting you the best price, or finding you the perfect home, cottage or farm!
