Sue grew up in Toronto’s Beaches, raised her family in Newmarket, and now calls Wilberforce home. Having recently completed her own cottage/home build, she brings firsthand knowledge of building in the North, from permits to working with trusted local contractors.

With 30 years in the corporate world, including over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Sue is now fully focused on real estate and helping clients move confidently into their next chapter. Her hands on, caring approach goes beyond the sign on the lawn-she’s there to help you prepare every step of the way.
