About Tania

Tania was born and raised in Peterborough, but Chandos Lake in Apsley is where she calls home as she has been cottaging there since 1977. For several years she owned and operated a cottage rental business which provided her with the opportunity to become familiar with many lakes in the area. During this time, she discovered her immense passion for helping people find and secure a vacation experience of a lifetime. Now, through real estate she is able to transition that passion into helping people purchase the property of their dreams.

Over the years, Tania has enjoyed boating, snowmobiling and four wheeling throughout the Kawarthas and is familiar with navigating the Trent Severn Waterway and the surrounding lakes. This allows her to offer a unique perspective in helping to fulfill the wish lists of her clients. With her background in both Business and Education, she has focused on connecting youth to the Skilled Trades and has been able to make many connections within the community.

Tania is excited to work in the BALL Real Estate Apsley office so she can connect you to your perfect piece of waterfront paradise. In her free time, you can find her enjoying all the activities that cottage has to offer year round. But best of all, enjoying the spectacular sunsets on the dock with family.
