Todd McElwaine is originally from Toronto, he made the move to the Trent Hills area 15 years ago and quickly found a strong sense of community that he’s proud to now be part of.

His parents came to Canada from Ireland to build a life and raise a family, and that foundation of hard work and connection has always stayed with him. For the past 15 years, he has owned and operated the local grocery store in Hastings, where he had the chance to build meaningful relationships and get to know so many great people in the area.

Real estate has been a personal passion of his for over a decade, through buying, selling, and renting properties of his own. That hands-on experience is what has led him to pursue it professionally—so he can help others make confident, informed decisions when it comes to their own homes.

He is proud to be part of Ball Real Estate, working out of the Norwood office, where the supportive team and mentorship program really stood out to him. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring your options, Todd’s here to help every step of the way.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him golfing with his dad or watching a game—especially hockey or baseball.
