I grew up in Whitby Ontario in the 1960s when the town was the size of Haliburton Village. After high school I went to the University of Western Ontario but left after a couple of years to move to Toronto, where I spent 15 years in commercial real estate leasing and construction, as well as property management. During the 1980s I obtained my Commercial Pilot License and Instructor Rating and worked part time as a Flight Instructor. During this time I decided to go back to University part-time and I completed my undergraduate degree and then my graduate degree at York University. My last years of work in Toronto were with Bank of Montreal as a Certified Information Systems Auditor. In 2002 I purchased a home in Haliburton County and in 2006 I moved to Haliburton full time after obtaining my Real Estate License. Soon after I became a Broker and have spent the past 17 years helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most joyful and complex purchases of their lives.

I work hard and have a deep commitment to honesty and integrity. I believe strongly in giving back to the community. I have been a Board member with the local Real Estate Board and a recognized volunteer with the Haliburton County Snowmobile Association. I am currently the President of the Rails End Gallery and Arts Centre, Haliburton's only not for profit art gallery, as well as the Environmental Consultant to the Kushog Lake Property Owner's Association.

I enjoy kayaking, boating and snowmobiling and have paddled many of the lakes and rivers in the Haliburton Highlands. If you've dreamed of owning a cottage or of leaving the urban life, I'd love to talk to you about our local real estate market, and the opportunities in the Haliburton Highlands for work and play.
