Katie Hadden

After 15 years of award winning real estate service in Kingston, Katie is absolutely overjoyed to have returned back to her hometown! She was born in Toronto and moved to Lakefield in 1985 when her dad became the headmaster of Lakefield College School. Katie was fortunate enough to grow up on the beautiful grounds and attend Lakefield College school as a student from 1995-2000. During her years in high school Katie was also very active in sports and ended up moving to Toronto for a year to pursue her Figure Skating career, which enabled her to be the first figure skater from the Peterborough Area to ever compete at the National Figure Skating Championships!

Katie went on to complete her honours degree at Queen's University. It was during Katie's time at Queen's University, in Kingston, that she realized her true passion for business. She ran her own franchise student window cleaning business during her summers in Kingston. The love of the thrill, the chase, and the ability to meet and work with different people lead Katie directly into the Real Estate industry!

While at Queens University, Katie began completing her Real Estate courses and has never looked back, receiving her official license in 2004 at the age of 23. While Katie enjoyed her successful career in Kingston, she grew to miss her home town and always planned one day to return and pursue her career here closer to family and friends. Katie is thrilled to be back in her hometown and a part of such a thriving, growing and personable company in Ball Real Estate!
